Siot's Dilemma with Brgy. Ginebra Siot+tanquincen

Questionable Rotation
Despite having a loaded roster in every position from Center to Point Guard with a talent considerable as a role player to a reliable starter, it seems that Siot Tanguincen can't find the right mix to give him a formidable combination after all.

Players such as Rico Maierhofer, Dylan Ababou, Allein Maliksi, Mike Cortez and Nino Canaleta were having a hard time in getting their grove while in game due to the inssufficient minutes or untimely substitution that is being given to them.

To much for being a Guard Oriented coach
Siot should learn how to play big in some occassion.

Rico Maierhofer, Nino Canaleta, Willy Wilson, Billy Mamaril and Rudy Hatfield can give his team an added height and toughness without sacrificing the talent of his team. There's no wrong in being a guard oriented coach but in some occasion having forwards and centers who can mix it up down the paint can help to ease out the traffic and to lessen the focus of the defense in perimeter.

Young Bloods can really help
The core line-up of Barangay Ginebra is not getting any younger, Caguioa, Menk, Helterbrand, Hatfield, Mamaril, Kerby and Cortez are already past their prime though still serviceable. Siot should learn how to trust the young guns if he wants his team to survive in the preceding years.

This year's draft could be a very good chance for them to invest on some of the rookie hopeful out there.

This is so wrong, Caguioa, Helterbrand,Hatfield,Mamaril,Kerby and Cortez are not just servicable. They are still able players, Able to perform to their full potential.

I Agree with Menk but not with the those guys.

Anu gusto mo palabasin? Mukhang pinapasama mo lalo ang lagay ng team sa sinasabi mo! Com'on! Wake up! You are the reason why the team is so down right now then kung sino pa ang bumubuhay sa team idodown mo rin?! Is that the MOTIVATION you know? :tapia:
