B-MEG's Raymundo headed to Barangay Ginebra

Kerby Raymundo is ending his decade-long association with the B-MEG Llamados as the 32-year-old big man is headed to Barangay Ginebra for the coming PBA Commissioner's Cup.

The trade, according to a source privy to the deal, was formally made Thursday with Raymundo being asked not to join the Llamados' practice. The center out of Letran College was acquired by Purefoods (B-MEG’s predecessor) in 2002.

The deal reportedly will be a three-team trade involving Barangay Ginebra and Barako Bull, and includes wingman JC Intal and a first-round draft pick.

The trade has already been forwarded to the PBA Commissioner's Office for approval.

ayos na pagtyagaan si kerby mas prefer ko ba si kerby kesa kay menk ngayon... ayos na din ang trade to kahit papano magagamit natin sya as inside threat lalo na next conference kasi baka bigman nnman problema natin... tapos pagdating ng 2012 draft... tentenen..... pwede natin makuah alin man kila greg,ramos at fajardo...

“Kerby’s happy with the news. After 10 years with B-Meg, he’s looking forward to play under a new system and to be with new teammates,” said Danny Espiritu, the agent/manager of Raymundo.

He’s excited to play with guys like Mark Caguioa and Jayjay Helterbrand,” said Espiritu added. Ginebra will be Raymundo’s third team after the original Red Bull team and B-Meg.

KUNG walang injuries...top 4 ANG BGK papuntang FINALS...

Sangayon ako jan, cguro un mala-durmedes na player nga ang hinahanap ni Tim Cone pra mgwork tlga ang triangle nya. Nttandaan ko din mganda nga performance ni MC47 at Kerby nun nsa national team sila. Sna lng wag sila mgpataasan ng ihi at mgfocus kng paano sla mkkatulong sa BGK.
