2nd Round

In a draft lottery held during halftime of Sunday's Finals game between the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and the B-MEG Llamados, the Air21 Express won the rights to the first overall pick, while the Alaska Aces settled for second. However, an earlier deal requires the Express to send the pick to Petron.

The deadline for local players hoping to join the league’s first formal
activity for its 38th season is on Friday (Aug. 3), while the annual
Rookie Draft is scheduled August 19 at the Robinson’s Place in Ermita
Manila.
